Terms and Conditions
1. Service provider
Dali Concept Agency, reachable at info@daliconcept.com and +55 31 9781-1742, provides AI automation services for service-based SMBs.
2. Scope
These terms govern the engagement of Dali Concept Agency services, including CRM systems, WhatsApp assistants, appointment systems, custom automations, advertising campaign management and related services.
3. Contract formation
A contract is formed upon payment via Stripe or a written agreement. After payment you will receive a confirmation email and our team will contact you within 24 business hours.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. One-time services are charged at the point of purchase. Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis from the start date. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
5. Commitment, cancellation and refunds
Packages taken under the Founder Price (free setup) carry a minimum commitment of 12 months; early cancellation incurs a penalty of 50% of the remaining monthly fees until the end of that period, as compensation for the setup provided at no cost. The Flexible option (with paid setup) and stand-alone services have no commitment and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. After the commitment period, renewal is monthly and cancellable with 30 days notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Client obligations
To deliver services, the client must provide access to required tools (CRM accounts, social media, ad platforms, etc.) and supply the information requested in the onboarding brief within 7 business days.
7. Intellectual property
Dali Concept Agency retains intellectual property rights over systems, workflows and templates developed. The client receives a licence to use them for their business. Personalised content (copy, creatives) becomes the client's property once paid for.
8. Limitation of liability
Dali Concept Agency is not liable for business losses, revenue loss or data loss arising from third-party platform failures (Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, etc.). Our maximum liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the previous 3 months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
